We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your new Spoilt Society pieces! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $15 AUD — arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: $18 AUD — arrives in 1–3 business days for metro areas.
  • Orders over $150 AUD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

  • Standard International: $24.95 AUD — approx. 7–14 business days.
  • Express International: $39.95 AUD — approx. 5–10 business days.

Please note: delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, local postal delays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your parcel anytime using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


⚠️ Shipping Delays & Address Errors

  • We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, natural events, or incorrect shipping information.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.

📬 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking first. If it hasn’t moved for 10 business days, email us at kristy@spoiltsociety.store and we will investigate with the carrier.

Please note that once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Spoilt Society is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
