🖤 Spoilt Society Refund & Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Spoilt Society pieces. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made our returns simple and stress-free.
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Garments must be free from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Please include your original packing slip or proof of purchase.
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, it may be rejected and sent back to you.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s been processed. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, simply repurchase your desired item and return the original for a refund.
⚡ Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased using a discount of 40 % or more are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
- Email us at kristy@spoiltsociety.store within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll review it quickly and offer a replacement or refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
